How do I pay?
Online, from Billing & payments in your dashboard — by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or card, on PayStation's secure page. Your package switches on as soon as the payment goes through.
What counts against my limit?
One TellMore AI reply to one customer counts as one, however many bubbles it takes to say it. Replies you type yourself are never counted, and nothing is counted while TellMore AI is off. So a plan's number is how many customer questions TellMore AI may answer for you — one customer asking five questions uses five.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from your dashboard — the new plan starts as soon as your payment goes through.
What happens when my plan expires?
TellMore AI stops replying to new customers, but nothing is deleted. Your products, knowledge base and conversation history stay safe until you renew.
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes — pay yearly and you get two months free on every paid plan.
